Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 18 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 18 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or circumstances beyond your control at the discretion of A Pillar of Light Healing.

No-Show Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted A Pillar of Light Healing to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Payment of any outstanding no-show fee may be required before booking another appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so you can receive the full benefit of your reserved session.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying appointments scheduled after yours. The full scheduled service fee will still apply, regardless of the amount of time remaining in your appointment.

If you arrive too late for the service to be reasonably or safely completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of A Pillar of Light Healing.

Health & Safety Policy

Your health, safety, and comfort are important at A Pillar of Light Healing.

Please notify me before your appointment of any relevant health conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications, or other concerns that may affect your session. Services may be modified when appropriate, and medical clearance may be requested when there is a concern about whether a service can be provided safely.

If you are experiencing a fever, contagious illness, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms that could put your practitioner or other clients at risk, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees may be waived for illness or health-related circumstances at the discretion of A Pillar of Light Healing.

Services may be modified, postponed, or discontinued at any time if continuing would be unsafe or inappropriate. Clients are encouraged to communicate any discomfort or concerns during their session so adjustments can be made.

Massage therapy, Tranceformation, energy work, and other services offered by A Pillar of Light Healing are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.

Gratuity Policy

Gratuities are always appreciated, but never expected or required at A Pillar of Light Healing.

My priority is for you to receive the care and support you need without ever feeling obligated to leave a tip. If you feel your experience was exceptional and would like to show your appreciation through gratuity, you are welcome to do so.

The greatest compliment you can also give is sharing your experience with others, leaving a review, or referring a friend or family member.

Age Requirement

Clients under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services from A Pillar of Light Healing.

For massage therapy, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent documentation before treatment. Depending on the client’s age and individual circumstances, a parent or legal guardian may also be required to remain on the premises or be present during the session.

For Tranceformation Sessions and other non-massage services, parental or legal guardian consent is required for clients under 18, and additional participation or presence may be requested when appropriate.

A Pillar of Light Healing reserves the right to determine whether a service is appropriate for a minor and may decline or modify services when necessary to protect the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being.

Additional Policies

A Pillar of Light Healing is committed to providing a safe, respectful, professional, and judgment-free environment for every client and practitioner.

All massage therapy services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Sexual comments, requests, advances, inappropriate touching, intentional exposure, harassment, threatening behavior, or any other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

If inappropriate or unsafe behavior occurs, the session may be immediately terminated, and the client may be responsible for the full scheduled service fee. Depending on the nature or severity of the behavior, the client may also be prohibited from booking future services with A Pillar of Light Healing.

Professional boundaries apply to all services, including massage therapy, Tranceformation Sessions, energy work, online services, and all communication before and after appointments.

Clients also have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. You may ask questions, request an adjustment, decline any technique, or end a session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

A Pillar of Light Healing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain appropriate professional boundaries or protect the safety and well-being of the client or practitioner.
